1 contact

The same person, from the first phone call to the publication.

You've bought a website before. We know what annoyed you about it.

Traditionally

“Write the text, and we’ll put it on the page.”

Fifteen pages of search engine-optimized text, starting from scratch. The project is on hold until they’re finished. The next free evening is already booked.

With us

You don’t start from a blank page.

We’ll interview you, review your existing materials, and use AI to write drafts in your company’s voice. You provide feedback and approve them. You don’t have to write fifteen pages.

Traditionally

“The salesperson makes the promise, the project manager passes it on, and the developer interprets it.”

You tell the same thing to five people. Everyone knows their own part, but it’s harder to find the person responsible for the whole.

With us

One person from the first call to launch.

Our expert defines, builds, coaches, and launches. The same person answers your questions throughout the entire project.

Traditionally

“That wasn’t included in the quote.”

Add-ons, a third round of revisions, and a new page template are billed separately. The fixed price was fixed—for a moment.

With us

A fixed price and a written list of contents.

Before we start, you’ll receive a list of what’s included in the price. The agreed-upon content won’t result in additional charges. After publication, you can make changes yourself, so you don’t need to submit a work order for every text revision.

You pay for the Lovable license directly to Lovable. We’ll go over any other usage-based costs before we begin.

Traditionally

“Custom website.” A familiar theme with a new logo.

The Premium price feels a little different when you see the same structure on the next website.

With us

No pre-made templates.

We build every section to meet your company’s needs and follow your brand guidelines. When your needs change, the section changes with them. Iiwar’s structure was modified even in the final stages of the project.

Traditionally

“A six-week project.” Two quarters later.

Every change waits in line for a developer. Then we wait for the next round of fixes.

With us

Changes happen during meetings.

In weekly work sessions, you see the changes in a preview as we discuss them. The four-week plan is documented week by week before we begin. We build it; you decide.

We ask the tough questions before we build anything

Before we start on the first page, we’ll figure out what your website needs to achieve, who your audience is, and what keywords your customers use to find you. You know your business. We’ll turn that into a structure and draft copy.

The customer's word was the deciding factor

Iiwari described its product using the term “indoor positioning.” Customers were searching for “caregiver call.” We changed the term.

In Iiwari’s customer case study, iiwari.com appears as the top result on Google for the search term “nurse call,” and Google Gemini cites it as a source.

The design wasn't limited to the first draft

The structure of the Iiwar website was changed during the final phase of the project. The change was made during a single work session.

A new round of bidding was not necessary. The same developer was familiar with both the objectives and the implementation.

Where are you at with AI right now?

We haven't started yet.

I'm interested, but I have some concerns about the data and the processes involved. You want to revamp the site in a controlled manner and retain decision-making authority.

Here’s how to get started safely ↓

We're already using artificial intelligence, but the results are generic.

The texts sound just like everyone else’s, and none of them are linked to your company’s customer data. You want the AI to get to know your company.

Here’s how AI learns to understand your company ↓

Easy, fast, and under your control

You don't need to be ready for AI. All you need is a website redesign. We'll do the hard work; you set the pace.

Easy

Just write in plain Finnish what you want to change. You don’t need any coding skills or to learn a new content management system to make text changes. We’ll show you how to make three changes on your own.

Fast

The first version will be published in four weeks according to the agreed-upon table of contents. After that, you can make changes to the text and sections within the lessons, for example. We will handle the development and review of the publication.

Reliable

Lovable holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. In Lovable Cloud, you can select an EU hosting region. We review the implementation’s information security, access rights, and data protection before release.

“I always had that sense of control—that it was all in my own hands.”Kaarina Päivinen, Head of Marketing, Iiwari

The subscription is in your company’s name, and the code is stored on your company’s GitHub. You can continue on your own at any time.

Artificial intelligence isn't bad. It just doesn't know you.

A generic result stems from generic input data. We provide the AI with context that enables it to use your company’s tone of voice, your customers’ words, and agreed-upon goals.

Context file before the first line

We compile your goals, target audiences, tone of voice, your customers’ vocabulary, and the decisions you’ve made all in one place. We define the foundation that the AI uses during the development process. You won’t have to explain your business from scratch every time.

Integrated with what you already use

Forms and leads are sent to HubSpot. Tools built into the website can read and update HubSpot data based on the agreed-upon access permissions. Odoo, for example, can also be integrated once the integration details have been defined.

Improves with use

Every recorded decision clarifies the context. For example, when a term used by your customer is clarified, we update it in the shared database. The longer you build on the same context, the less the AI has to guess.

The Same Project, Two Ways

The office quotes Iiwar received ranged from 15,000 to 20,000 euros. Here you can see how the division of labor and the implementation of changes differ between the office model we described and Sales Communications’ Lovable project. The terms of an individual office project depend on the contract.

Your company

Four weeks, booked in advance

We’ll write the drafts, build the website, and make revisions. You’ll tell us what’s important to your company, provide feedback, and approve the work. The first version can be ready in a day, but the final touches require feedback and revisions. That’s why we set aside four weeks for the project: enough time to make the website functional so that your calendar has room for more than just this website project.

Week 1 – Definition

We'll handle: the interview, the objectives, the structure, and your clients' vocabulary.

You’ll: set aside an hour for the interview and share your current materials.

Week 2 – Outline and Draft Texts

We'll: lay the groundwork, write draft copy, and integrate HubSpot.

You do: provide feedback on the drafts. You don’t write them from scratch.

Week 3 – Work Sessions

We'll: finalize the website and provide training on how to edit it. Changes will be visible in the preview during the session.

You will: approve the changes and try editing under our guidance.

Week 4 – Release

We’ll handle: going through the checklist, security, search engines, and redirects. We’ll take care of the technical launch.

You do: give the go-ahead for publication. You can press the publish button with us.

In the final session, you'll make three changes yourself. If they don't work out, we'll continue the coaching at no charge.

To be honest: this isn't for everyone

  • If no one at your company ever wants to edit the website themselves, we’ll build and maintain it for you. In that case, it’s a different service. You won’t need to take on the role of a site administrator.
  • If the website handles health information or other sensitive data, we’ll involve your IT department and data protection officer from the very beginning. Data security is addressed before development begins.
  • If you want 40 pages at once and ten approvers, the traditional agency model might be a better fit.

An experienced expert will build your website and train your team

Sales Communications handles the design, draft copy, development, and proofreading of your website. An experienced specialist is always involved in the project to build the site and train your team on how to edit it.

You tell us what’s important to your company, provide feedback, and approve the content. The first draft can be ready in a day. We set aside four weeks for the project to allow time for final touches and training your team while you continue with your other work.

We're already using artificial intelligence. What's new about this?

Sales Communications compiles a permanent contextual foundation for Lovable based on your company’s goals, target audiences, tone of voice, and agreed-upon decisions. Artificial intelligence uses this framework instead of generic assumptions. The HubSpot integration incorporates the agreed-upon forms and tools into your use of customer data.

Can the site be found on Google?

Search engine migration, redirects, and a structure that supports AI-powered searches are all part of the Lovable website launch. In Iiwar’s client case study, the site rose to the top spot on Google for the search term “nurse call.” We cannot guarantee a specific search ranking.

What if we don't want to edit it at all?

Sales Communications can build and maintain the Lovable website for you as part of a separately agreed-upon service. You won’t have to take on the responsibility of maintaining it yourself. Tell us about your situation during a free brainstorming session.

Your next website project might be the one that doesn't drive you crazy.
